Mission: The series Geometry, Integrability and Quantization starts with the proceedings of the International Conference on Geometry, Integrability and Quantization held in Varna, Bulgaria. This Conference series was organized around the general trend of application of geometrical ideas in Mechanics, Physics and Biology. The emphasis is on concrete applications and modern developments in the respective fields.

All volumes of this series are addressed to the broad audience of mathematicians and mathematical physicists interested in contemporary mechanics, physics and biology and associated mathematical questions. The reader will find new results on manifolds, hypersurfaces, gauge fields, geometric quantization, rotational sequences, minimal surfaces, coherent states, Dirac and Seiberg-Witten monopoles, rigid body dynamics, Toda chains dynamics, etc.

Papers and Lecture Series are typically submitted by the participants and the invited lecturers. The refereeing process is carried out by the Editors of the Proceedings Series, the Editorial Board of Journal of Geometry and Symmetry in Physics, and often in consultation with external reviewers to ensure the good quality of the contributions. The potential authors are kindly invited to submit their papers for consideraion in this series either to one of the Editors of the Proceedings series or some of the Associate Editors of Journal of Geometry and Symmetry in Physics whose expertise covers the research topic, and with whom the author can communicate effectively, or directly to the GIQ Editorial Office at the address given below.
